notes and ideas from the blog
I'm a software engineer building web applications, from the interface to the logic behind it. I care about writing software that solves real problems without making things unnecessarily complicated.
Curiosity runs through everything I do: understanding how things work, experimenting and continuing to learn. It's also what leads me to explore AI and cybersecurity.

When I was younger, I worked as a cashier. My first encounter with working life, with products on the belt and people on the other side of the checkout.
Scan with Space or the button in the green zone: the belt speeds up and the scanner shrinks. Miss one product or scan early five times and the game ends. Do not let customers distract you!

Then I worked as a teacher. An experience where the focus isn't just knowing a subject, but finding a way to share it.
Endless exam: click or tap students turning to copy, marked by an arrow and yellow note. The more you catch, the more often they try and the less time you have to react. Accuse an innocent student or miss someone copying and it is game over. Use Tab and Enter on a keyboard.

At Likeablehair, I worked as a software engineer in a startup. A chapter about software development and turning ideas into applications.
Endless Code Invaders: face bugs, urgent tasks, deadlines, timeouts, HTTP 500 errors and conflicts. Move with arrows or buttons and shoot with Space or Shoot. Shots are slow: aim carefully! Each cleared formation starts a faster wave. You only lose when invaders reach the bottom.

At Ermetix, I worked in MDM and security: an experience focused on device management and protecting systems.
Spot the intruder: click or tap malware before it reaches the phone. Look for unknown signatures, suspicious links and excessive permissions; let verified apps through. Traffic increases: one malware reaching the phone or three safe apps blocked means game over. This is a game, not a realistic security simulation.

Today I work at Facile.it on the payments team. The current chapter of my journey, focused on the software behind transactions.
Flappy Offers: tap the field, press Space or Fly to rise; stop and you fall. Fly through gaps between expensive insurance, electricity bills and gas bills without hitting them or leaving the field. Each gap earns points and the course gets harder. Fictional offers, no real money.
